I have seen red tailed and red shouldered hawks flying and when I saw this bird tucking itself into the tree with a lot of white feathers, I was lost.

 

Is this a red tailed hawk or with a ton of white feathers? Please guide me.  Thanks.

It's a Red-tailed Hawk, the white feathers are normal.
