Mystery audio from northern Minnesota.

That first part does sound similar to a White-throated Kingfisher, but comparing spectrograms yours is a little bit higher.  That last note has me wondering if maybe White-eyed Vireo doing something weird?

Just the one call/song.  I only heard it a few times and it is the only recording I obtained. 

White-eyed Vireo would quite a find in Ely but there are some older records nearby for WEVI.
