tl619 Posted August 17 Share Posted August 17 Spotted in northwestern PA, along Lake Erie, August 16th. Unfortunately was not able to view the front of the tail. The somewhat buffy throat/bill looks like the Black-billed, but the yellow around the eyes looks more prominent than on the juv. Black-bill examples I looked at. Didn't hear a call. Thanks!
