That was my original thought, but I went with Starling because of the brown wings, very dark lores, and short tail*. It also looks like it has pink legs but that may be due to lighting artifacts. Structurally it’s giving Starling vibes but I couldn’t tell you why. Now take this with a grain of salt because I’ve only seen a Catbird once, so I’m happy to be corrected. 

Originally I did not see any bill gape so I thought this was an older bird which meant it was unlikely to be a catbird because they should have longer tails by the time they lose their gape under normal circumstances, but now I see that it’s hard to determine the presence of a cape due to the photo quality.
