Hermit Thrush?

This morning.  There was a flock of them but this was only picture I could get.

Thanks.

The reason I was asking is because it strikes me as a Wood Thrush.

Why?

Super dark spots that streak down to the birds flanks. A Hermit Thrush normally would not have such dark proclaimed spot, not would they be as proclaimed all the way down.

Has bubblegum pink legs. Not unheard of in Hermit Thrushes, but I've never seen one that pink, and I've seen a lot of Hermit Thrushes.

Super proclaimed eye ring.

Why not?

Body shape looks off for Wood Thrush, but that could easily be from angle and the bird taking flight.

I would like to hear others opinions on the bird.

Wood Thrushes have gray cheeks.
