Sorry for the awful pictures!

Cannot figure out what this is, hard to make out the colors but I believe I see a blue-ish bill, with a dark spot at the end? Spotted in Seattle, Washington.

Also looks to have a white stripe up that goes up between its eyes to its forehead. Sorry passing to the experts :).

I wish the lighting was better. I'm not good with a less common species, the eurasian wigeon, so I'd say this is likely an American wigeon. 
That stripe you see, even the dark tip to the bill are good ID marks for it. 🙂

Note the longish, pointed tail; white hip patch; and black back end -- which gets one to either American Wigeon or Eurasian Wigeon, then the white crown stripe rules out the latter.  Chiloe Wigeon is fairly different.
