Yes, but it's not obvious since its tail seems a bit worn.  To avoid confusion I'd rather call a Cooper's tail feathers gradual (they gradually get shorter towards the outer feathers) whereas the Sharpie's tail feathers are typically more even in length.  I know I was confused at first about "rounded" vs. "squared", so I don't like to use those terms anymore.
