indeed. Different angles can throw me off as well, like this one.
I'm leaning towards an orange-crowned warbler but, definitely wait for other replies.

Ha... not for another month technically. 
I imagine some of the warblers might be carrying around something of a fall plumage, but maybe changing over. I know that some of the goldfinches at our feeders are transitioning a bit.
