I am in big cypress swamp next to the Everglades  and saw a bird that looked Exactly like A gray kingbird.  We saw it on the side of a big field in a tree. it had a gray back, black eye mask and the belly looked off white while siting in a tree.  When it flew away we saw a creamy yellow belly.  Not bright enough for a western though.

Seems rare, sibles says it is hear in Summer but Ebird doesn’t even have it as an option

No real reason except that we are not from Florida and lots of are species maps say it only lives hear in the summer Even though it is 90 here.  We also have seen birds like a swallow tailed kite which shouldn’t be here in the “winter” but Is anyway.

look at my kite pic, very blurry but you can see the shape1B660BBD-7CE1-4397-A7BE-73D8C4126A29.jpeg.8e6c8666190dedf046262f16b5e3ca8a.jpeg8A4BCB54-D46E-494E-9428-0EA67471D170.jpeg.38ad68ba2c3db7a9d19c6fb26c8ac2dd.jpeg
