Help ID two birds.

Cleaning out my bird collection and found two I haven't ID'ed.   Thanks for your help.

#1  October 20th  Wichita, Kansas  Hawk    .......   #2 December 15th Parker, Arizona  Flycatcher?

I wonder about Harlan's Red-tail for the hawk--lots of white on the head, "cold" grayish colors.  Boyd, do you have any other views, especially from underneath?

I agree with Rock Wren for the other one, not that I'm an expert.

Actually, I might take that back about the hawk.  It looks an awful lot like a juvenile light-morph western Red-tail (Buteo jamaicensis calurus) at Birds of North American Online.  A subscription is required, but you can see the image by searching for "juvenile light-morph red-tail Liguori Bountiful".

Either way, I agree with HamRHead's ID of Red-tailed Hawk.
