It was a cloudy day today in Florida, no sun, so I could not get a good photo of this bird. My guess it is a kingfisher, but which one? There are some with colours, mine seems to be white and grey.

I agree with Belted Kingfisher.  It is the only expected kingfisher in Florida and most of the U.S.  Females have the chestnut sides and belt, so this looks to be a male.

All blue colors in bird feathers are from optical effects in the feathers, not blue coloring matter, so they're especially affected by lighting.  They can look gray on cloudy days or in other situations.  And Belted Kingfishers are a grayish blue to begin with.
