jcarscadden Posted March 3, 2019 Share Posted March 3, 2019 I just had this bird ID'd as spotted sandpiper - it is from Las Vegas Nevada last month and does not have the eyebrow of the one posted. Maybe just variations?? On Spotted Sandpipers the eyebrow/eyeline seems to be more pronounced in breeding plumage. That said, I'm not sure when the OP's bird was taken.
