A Black-chinned wouldn't have a prominent gorget like the one in the first photo, and I'm not 100% on it being an Anna's. Looks like a purplish tint behind its eye, and I'm thinking it could possibly be a Costa's, due also to the length of its gorget. I'm not an expert, though.
