Cassin’s Kingbird would be my champion due to the white tips of tail feathers.It would be the species most likely geographically.However,the tail appears notched which would then suggest a more “tropical” bird.A frontal image of breast would help,Cassin’s showing much sooty dusky below chin,vs. dirty white in the latter.

I think Western Kingbird has the two white bands on the outside tail feathers as seen in your 2nd photo.
