Western PA bird, 3.28.19

Recommended Posts

Just saw cutest bird, 3.28.19, 1pm.  Weather overcast, 50f. Clarion County Pennsylvania.  Area where intersects with fields, water, woods, farmland.  It was perched on the branch of a small tree.  The bird is small, smaller than typical thrush, but more slender and long than sparrow or typical wren.  Long tail it slowly flicks up and down.  Not short tail held up like wren. Narrow beak like a flycatcher. Cream throat and tummy with faint light brown stripes on sides of chest.  Head, back, tail light brown or dark tan.  Like a mini thrush in a way.
