Shook Posted April 16, 2019 Share Posted April 16, 2019 Hi - I have this bird at my feeder outside of Ottawa, ON Canada. I have seen a couple of them over the winter, sorry for the poor pictures, they are very skittish - the least little thing and they're gone. Wondering what he is?
