  1. Agree with dark juvenile White-tailed Hawk

  2. Agree with Savannah Sparrow (sometimes, savannahs don't have an evident yellow spot).

  3. Pass. A Lesser Black-backed Gull would be somewhat rare (not in winter), but possible, in that range.
