meghann
Yesterday, Jekyll Island, GA. Was in a large flock of Royal Terns, and a few Sandwich Terns. Seemed a bit smaller than the Sandwich. And then a different one in flight, this one may not be identifiable. Lastly, please confirm Gull-billed Tern. This was also yesterday, at a WMA along Georgia's coast. It is a lifer for me, which is why I'd like the confirm. ? Edited May 14, 2019 by meghann
egosnell2002
1. Common Tern. Late molter I guess? All the ones here are in full alternate now. 2. Gull billed I think 3. Yep, congrats!
meghann
I had wondered about Common, but wasn't sure. I think that may be a lifer, too. I need to go back and look. I usually only see Forster's. Thanks!
Liam
I agree with egosnell. Congrats on the lifer!
