Administrator
iBird Photo Sleuth thinks this bird is an Ash-throated Flycatcher. I’m sorry it’s so blurry.
The Bird Nuts
Location? Looks like an Eastern Phoebe to me.
Administrator
Thanks The Bird Nuts. Interesting in that Sleuth only gave the Eastern Phoebe a 12% confidence while the Ash-throated Flycatcher got a 59%. I guess that's because the photo is so poor. Hope we hear from some of the other experts. What are the markings of the Easter Phoebe that help you make your determination? Is it the tail like the photo shows? PS Don't know the location because this comes from a customer of the app and we don't collect the location (yet)? The Bird Nuts
It's mainly the compact shape and dark breast that make me think phoebe. Edited July 25, 2018 by The Bird Nuts

Just a thought here, but perhaps the info in this pinned thread should be added to the app so people know how to get the best results from the experts when they post their photos here. Good idea Charlie, I will merge it into the app.

And the pale yellowish/greenish wash to the belly is typical for EAPH as well.
