It was in the 30s today. We got 3 inches of snow last night. A late spring storm. 

What makes you think eastern?

Definitely not an Eastern Phoebe.  It is a Wood-Pewee based on the extremely long primary projection, larger bill, and smaller head compared to the body.  Are you in range for Eastern Wood-Pewee?

Agreed. This is certainly not a phoebe.

Oops, I meant do the Wood-Pewees overlap? I agree with Wood-Pewee and I'm pretty sure it has to be Western.
