Fuzzy Pictures of a Woodside bird

Found him on a hike in Minnesota (2019/05/22), he hopping around in the long grass at the edge of the woods.

At first glance I thought he was a warbler, but the beak looks too big and he was more of a ground hopper (I will include a short video). Any ideas would be appreciated, Thanks (sorry for the blurry pictures they were taken with my phone).

So is the white belly normal? I noticed even the males (I saw three playing about) had a orange lighter colored belly. I've never seen that with the Scarlet Tanagers we see back home.
