Hi all!  Is this a Western Wood-Pewee?

Location: Southern Colorado

Habitat: High desert, juniper trees, scrub-land.

 

I think its a Pewee, because of the size (about 5 inches; on the smaller side) as well as the plumage on the wing, the shape of the head and no eye ring.

Hi Studar,

     It's hard to tell with the lighting in the picture, but this is actually an Ash-throated Flycatcher.
