I agree that this is a Cooper's Hawk due to its squared-off head and more of a capped look. Also, this hawk has thicker legs, has eyes closer to the front of its head, and a relatively bigger head. Unfortunately, iBird is not always correct.
Agreed, definite adult Cooper's.
I personally can’t say anything for sure, aside from that it’s for sure not a goshawk.
