White-winged dove in California?

The long tail = Mourning dove

The white on tail might mean it's leucistic, or it might be the lighting.

Agree with Mourning; and yes, it is a twig, but even so the long tail and overall color say Mourning.  The white on  the White-Winged's wing is nowhere near that sublte, at least not around here!
