Hello,

I photographed these photos of a bird in Sharbot Lake provincial park near Perth, Ontario on July 13, 2019. It had a nest nearby under the overhang of a nearby building.  Any help in ID'ng would be appreciated.

Thank you!

This is an adult Eastern Phoebe! You can identify them by their gray upperparts, dark head, and white underparts. Like you pointed out, they typically use human-built overhangs and eaves for their nests. They are usually found in the forest, particularly near water sources because this attracts their main food source, flying insects.
