Took some pics today in Oklahoma of some young birds, I think they are Starlings

Also, what is the bird in flight?

Thanks

For the Purple Martins (a type of swallow), the first is an adult male and the second is a female/immature male. Adult males are iridescent purple with brown-black wings and tail. Females and immatures have a gray front of head, chest, and belly.

Adult starlings are more oily blackish-green than the purple of martins, with white spots all over; and longer, more slender bills.  They're shaped more like a robin.
