  1. Agree with Eurasian Oystercatcher. Note bold pied plumage, orange-red bill, and thick pink legs.
  2. Agree with White Wagtail (yarrellii subspecies). Note slender body, pied plumage, and wagging of tail.
  3. Agree with Little Egret. Note white overall, slender dark bill, black legs, and yellow feet.
  4. Agree with Eurasian Curlew. Note large size, brown overall, long, decurved bill, black patch on brown upperwings, mostly white underwings, and white rump.

2. Pied Wagtail (UK subspecies differs in colouration from continental White Wagtail)

Just to clarify...

The subspecies of White Wagtail that breeds in UK and Ireland is the yarrelli subspecies. The yarrelli subspecies has a blacker back and blacker neck than the alba subspecies (nominotypical/continental subspecies) and the yarrelli subspecies is also known as the Pied Wagtail and the Water Wagtail. However, this is only a subspecies right now and the species the OP saw was the White Wagtail.

Yes it is a subspecies... so at the species level it is still White Wagtail

Edit: Sorry should've read 1 post below... akandula summed it up nicely.
