Sorry for no photo...

2 Flocks of about 8 birds in each that joined together both in V-formation. Flying about 85-95 feet high. Size of gull, somewhat resembled gull. all had whitish primaries and secondaries and brownish underwing coverts.

Extremely loud flight call reminiscent of elegant tern, but slightly less raspy.

Sorry, at the pismo beach golf course in Grover beach, California, And actually I saw the birds again yesterday and i'm positive they are White-Faced Ibis. Thanks!
