ID Help Please

Nice picture!

This looks like a female/immature male Lazuli Bunting. While adult males are bright blue above, have a cinnamon breast, white belly, white shoulder patch, and a cone shaped black-gray bill, females and immature males are drabber, with warm gray-brown upperparts, a cinnamon breast, two buffy-white wingbars, tints of blue on the wings and tail, and a pink cone-shaped bill.
