This looks like a juvenile White-eyed Vireo. Adults have a thick, hooked bill, gray head, olive-green back, yellow flanks/tail, two white wingbars, and a yellow spectacle around a pale eye. Juveniles are similar but are drabber, have less yellow around the eye and on the flanks/tail, and have dark eyes which will turn pale next winter/spring.

Agree.  I had one almost identical in Nashville, on 8/20.

Bell's Vireo juveniles/adults have a thin white spectacle, not a thick yellow spectacle you can see emerging above the eye in picture 2.
