HamRHead
Today, Burke County, GA. It looks odd. Is it still sporting some immature plumage or is it perhaps a hybrid--x Tricolored? Edited August 30, 2019 by HamRHead

hbvol50
It's a little blue just about to complete its molt to adult (blue) plumage
akandula
I am quite inferior to @akiley in terms of experience with this hybrid, but I would call it an immature Little Blue as well. I am seeing an average Little Blue bill size, dark (not yellow) lores, blue thighs, and messy white plumage on the neck and head.

akiley
Looks fine for subadult Little Blue. A bit of white and less neck contrast is typical.
