akandula Posted September 9, 2019 Share Posted September 9, 2019 This is a Song Sparrow. Note the coarse streaks, broad malar stripe, central breast spot, a long, rounded tail, and rounded head. "Thick-billed" and "Sooty" Fox Sparrows would be larger and bulkier, have coarser streaking, and have a blotchy-marked (not neat striped) head. 1 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
