Black-necked stilts?

Saw them in Coyote Hills Regional Park, Fremont, CA. Also, don't know what the black bird with yellow bill is. Thank you.

Yes, the majority of these birds are Black-necked Stilts. Note the tall, delicate-looking body, black above, white below, and pink legs.

The black bird is a Double-crested Cormorant. Note the long tail, long neck, and orange skin around the base of the bill.

The ducks in the background with yellow bills are eclipse plumaged (female-like plumage worn by the male for a month or more in summer after breeding) male Mallards. The ones with orange bills are female Mallards.
