I don't think Nashvilles can ever have yellowish green on the top of their head. It's always gray. Also, I'm seeing a broken eye ring.

Agreed. I'm thinking OC Warbler or female MacGillivray's.

I've seen about 500 Nashvilles, Orange Crowneds, and Macgillivrays in the same spot for the past week because of migration. This is an Orange-crowned for sure. Nashvilles and Macgillivrays have entirely gray heads whereas Orange crowneds molt into adult plumage so their heads transition from gray to yellow green.
