West Houston Kingbirds

Recommended Posts

All,

The last three days with storm Imelda passing by I have had largish flycatchers hanging out in the live oaks.  This morning I finally got out with my camera to take a few photos.  The lens immediately started to fog but I think I got a few reasonable pix.  I think these are Eastern Kingbirds, nothing very special, but I have never seen them from my home before and now I have three!  Can you anyone confirm or correct my id?  Pix below.

10,000 thanks in advance,
Kevin

Blackburnian, Nuts,

Thanks for the confirmation...  These get added to my garden list!  That makes garden species #153!.
