yes, I think B-B is right on 8 and 9

Also Goshawk could be right for 1,2.  Those do look like accipiter wings

Really appreciate all the help. Below are all of the photos I have of #1.  The photos were taken at Lake Mead (Boulder City) in southern Nevada.  If it's a goshawk, it'd be extremely rare.  In the last year I only remember one sighting of this bird, but in the mountains (Mt. Charleston) in Las Vegas, which is about 90 minutes drive NW from where I was today.  Again thanks!

The bottom photo left is not my photo.  🙂

Showed photos to couple locals today, were leaning more toward harrier, but still no positive ID.

1-2. Definitely an accipiter, leaning Goshawk based off of proportions.

3-4. Ruby-crowned Kinglet

5. Lincoln's Sparrow

6-7. Savannah Sparrow

8. This looks like a female Indigo Bunting due to the faint streaking on the breast.

I can't rule out large female Cooper's for 1 and 2.  Tail bands look a little thick for a goshawk.  I agree that 5 is a Lincoln's.
