Please identify this bird

Agreed with Chestnut-backed Chickadee (Central Californian Coast subspecies). Note the small and compact appearance, short, thin bill, dark brown cap and bib, white cheek, chestnut back (which Black-capped lacks), and gray body. Most Chestnut-backed Chickadees also have chestnut flanks, but the ones that live in the Central Californian Coast have gray flanks and a mostly gray tail.
