Santa barbara county Huttons or ruby crowned please

Yellow tertial fringing and size made me think ruby but face pattern and bill thickness now not so sure. in coastal thicket Goleta.

That's a Ruby-crowned Kinglet. Note the black bar under the white wingbar that a Hutton's Vireo lacks.
