Unknown Small Bird

IBird Photo Sleuth sees this as a Yellow-rumped Warbler (Audubon) — unfortunately, it is in New York City, Central Park—Myrtle would be more likely, or maybe Blue-headed Vireo.  The eye ring did not seem right, though.  Fall migration is more difficult than spring for me.  Any thoughts?

It looks like it to me also. Although, it could be an immature Yellow-Rumped (Myrtle)Warbler. It's tough to tell fro the photo.
