I saw this bird this morning in Laurel, MD.  I only managed a couple of shots and this is the best.  I would love some help with the ID.  Thanks in advance.

Note the bit of white on the inner web of each outermost rectrix (tail feather), which rules out Orange-crowned and almost all other warbler species not in the genus Setophaga.
