You could still post it on eBird, but it does not count to your list according to the ABA. It's basically a norm in SoCal to see this exotic species, especially in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties, so if you see one there, don't report it as a rare bird. And please don't report a male as a Fork-tailed or Scissor-tailed Flycatcher :classic_laugh:
