I see a little red tint to the tip of the tail but the breast doesn't completely look right for a red tail. Could be a little Juv. though. Thank you for your help. Yet again I'm thinking it's Harlan's subspecies because of the white on the head--and are we seeing an unbanded tail feather on the bird's right side?
