I've never done a pelagic, are they super crowded on the boat? I want to do one later this year out of Washington. Is there a particularly good time of year? They can be pretty crowded outside of COVID, but all the ones I’ve done recently have been pretty empty and it’s been pretty nice. September is the Classic time for pelagics here. However, I don’t know too much about when is best up in Washington.

I was actually looking at that site yesterday to figure out what weekend to go. They have past year checklists and it seems like late August to early October has a lot of potential.
