akandula Posted January 2, 2020 Share Posted January 2, 2020 (edited) That's actually a Crested Oropendola. Note the thick white triangular bill, reddish-brown rump, yellow tail, and blue eyes. Yellow-rumped Caciques would have a thinner bill and yellow on the rump and wings, not on the outer tail.
