AlexHenry
I noticed this Wigeon had no black line around the base of the bill and was wondering if it could be Eurasian?

Trevor L.
This bird is giving me a headache. I see things that point to both species, so for now, I’m gonna let other people weigh in and see what they have to say.
Phalarope713
This looks like a female Eurasian to me based on the overall ruddy plumage, lack of noticeable breast contrast, no black at bill base, and what appears to be white in the wings (inner secondaries?) rather than gray. sfinmt
I see strong barring on the greater coverts which suggests AMWI. EUWI coverts would have dark centers with weak bars. On my computer screen the head looks quite gray.

On my screen, the head coloration looks intermediate, with the area in front of the eye looking particularly brown, while behind the eye looks grayer. Additionally, the innermost secondary does not look truly white to me. Throw in the lack of a black basal ring on the bill, and I see a reasonably good case for a hybrid.
Tony Leukering
Ah, but note this bird. Hmm. How often do female AMWI lack black bill borders?
