Help ID Idaho bird

I'm leaning towards an incidental Blue Jay especially from the rear view but still doesn't look quite right. They are occasionally seen this far West. Interested to see what some of the more experienced fellas have to say.

Guess I learned something too!  Pretty cool to get a response from another birder who saw the same bird.

I didn't make that very clear haha, I didn't actually see the bird, I saw that someone had posted a sighting of it.

It's happens often enough for people to use eBird, listservs, Facebook, etc, to be aware of rarities that have been seen in their area, and then go to the same spot and hope they get lucky.
