Top of the bird. Never been to Turri Road, but I'm pretty sure @Bird-Boys is somewhere in southern or central CA.

We can start by ruling stuff out. Shape is too short tailed, not lanky or slender enough for Barn Swallow. Also not bulky, short tailed, broad-winged enough for Cliff Swallow. I don't see any white coming up on the sides of the rump, so probably not Violet-green Swallow either, but that could have to do with the lighting of the photo.

So, Tree? Northern Rough-winged? Purple Martin? I'm not sure beyond here.

-IF- we were seeing the underside, I'd go with Purple Martin.

But we're not.

Hmm perhaps we are seeing the underside... perhaps I was too hasty previously.

I'm not saying one way or the other, only asking.  Only @Bird-Boys can say for sure.

The wing base is too narrow for any New World martin. I have been leaning toward Northern Rough-winged, due to long wings with narrow base, but I find the pix inconclusive.
