Can anyone ID to subspecies and explain their reasoning? I would like to learn the subspecies

The only "yellow-billed" White-crowned Sparrow in range is subspecies pugetensis. I'd call the 4th photo a pugetensis but I don't know about the first bird -- some gambelii have fairly light-colored bills and I'm having a difficult time seeing the color of the first bird's bill.
