Is this a Nuttall's Woodpecker?

Not the best photo, but I think it captures the barring on the back and the extent of the red on the head.  Photograph was taken at the Contra Loma Regional Park in Antioch, CA in March 2017.

Something that makes Picoides ID easier out here in California is that the Downy and Hairy Woodpeckers are quite dark on the back. This bird has too much white on its back for a Downy or Hairy.
