Bald eagle?  I thought all the photos were of the same bird but I'm not positive.  Thanks!

The bird or birds represented are all the same age -- juvenile, with all flight feathers being the same age. I think that the extensive pale on the left primaries of the bird in the second photo may well be light bounce. I don't see any significant differences among the representations to support multiple birds. Bald plumages are so nearly individually different that it's often easy to differentiate individuals, that is, before they reach definitive plumage. However, juvs have had the least time to change plumage, so are more alike than are any other non-adults.

That depends on the species.  Some reach maturity in less than a year, others requires two or more.
